Roasted Cajun Norwegian Salmon

VNI teamed up with Dutton All Media to create six Salmon In Seconds webisodes for The Food Group on behalf of NORGE (Seafood from Norway). The campaign is hosted by Nicole Straight, a mom and professional chef, and is aimed at women who are apprehensive about cooking Salmon. Nicole makes it look fun and easy.
An aggressive post schedule had us delivering two episodes a week with little lead time. We established an efficient workflow that had Howie rough cutting, Danny polishing and adding graphics, then back to Howie for finishing.
